Seminars
OAD LLC and its Associates provide half-day to four-day seminars on the
interpretation and use of the OAD Survey, Job Analysis, and Leadership
Effectiveness.
Every seminar is tailored to the needs and realities of client participants
and their respective organizations. Survey results of the participants
and employees are used to discuss actual situations, opportunities, potentials,
and problems. Abstract theories of personality and individual, group,
and organization behaviors are kept to a minimum and integrated into present
and planned realities.
Scheduled seminars are either closed only participants from a
specific organization may attend, or open the seminar is open to
participants from all client organizations.

of structures and reward systems,

The Leadership Effectiveness Seminars have two categories
|
 |
|
 |
 |
Effective Management combines the basic required skills for first line
supervisors and managers with an understanding of own and others
work and interaction styles. When, who, and how to manage others
- the qualities that contribute to or inhibit superior performance
within specific jobs,
- why people act and react the way they do,
- how to construct, organize, and manage specific jobs,
- situational leadership, management, and communication styles,
- motivation the two-tier process.
|
 |
|
 |
 |
Effective Leadership is designed for senior
level executives who require a better understanding of how organizations
evolve, grow, and retract due to the "human condition". Change,
or lack thereof, are responses to external influences - marketplace, competitive,
political, social, and legal forces; and, more frequently, responses to
internal influences -
- beyond skills and experience how personalities affect and
define performance,
- creating, defending, and changing organizational cultures and subcultures,
- change versus stability when, where, how,
- personality, behaviors, and values,
- situational leadership and communication styles.
